Automatic icons removal

Sometimes after you uninstall an app - an icon related to it remains in the Dock. Removing these icons automatically sounds like a good idea.

I would add to this request, the removal of duplicate Launchpad icons. There does not seem to be anyone who has a good solution for this problem.
