Q: Describe the perfect IT Recruiter.
A: For me, and of course I can only speak for myself, the ideal IT recruiter is a person who is truly and sincerely interested in all things people. I think everything else (making the interview both useful and fun, establishing real personal connections with candidates, etc.) just stems naturally from there.
