We are looking for an experienced and skilled Manager to lead our website team and manage the development, maintenance, and improvement of MacPaw website - our main distribution channel for MacPaw products.

The Website Service Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure MacPaw Website aligns with the company's goals and meet the needs of our clients. Also, since this is a new service, the Manager will be involved in building a team from scratch.

Our perfect match is a candidate with working experience in web development, design, and analysis, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, brand, and HR teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the development, maintenance, and improvement of the MacPaw website
  • Create and implement a comprehensive website development strategy through market and/or user analysis
  • Monitor website performance, analyze user data, test website usability, identify issues, and find ways to improve the website
  • Manage the integration of marketing campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and HD programs into the corporate website
  • Identify and define requirements through closely working with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, brand, and HR).
  • Keep the website updated with the latest design, technology, and security standards
  • Manage the Service team's day-to-day tasks
  • Improve MacPaw Website team performance, efficiency, and workflows by introducing new practices, tools, and approaches

Skills you’ll need to bring:

  • 4 years of experience in website product management, leading product development end-to-end
  • Proficiency in website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • System thinking and holistic approach to product development — the whole is the sum of its parts
  • Have short- and long-term planning skills
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Understanding of what goes into building a web product — from what an API is to non-functional concerns (i.e. security, compliance)

    We also rent space in the Promprylad Coworking in Ivano-Frankivsk and reimburse the costs of renting a coworking space in any other city.
    If you decide to work at home, we cover the costs spent on your workspace organization: portable power stations, power banks, etc.
