Middle Marketing Designer (Illustrator) for Setapp

Setapp is MacPaw’s subscription-based app service for macOS and iOS. It provides access to 200+ quality apps that cover such categories as productivity, web development, Mac maintenance, creativity, writing, education, etc. At Setapp, our goal is to change the productivity paradigm so people can focus on doing the job, not looking for the tools.

As the product and the team itself keep evolving, we are looking for a talented Marketing Designer.

You will join the team of around 70 specialists divided into several squads. One of them is the Setapp Content squad - you will be a part of it. The main task of your role is to boost creativity for the team. You will need to feel the existing style of UI and illustrations, recreate it consistently, and add new visual solutions to our product.

    In this role, you will:

    • Own the creative part of Setapp content (сreate illustrations, icons, and other visual content for the product)
    • Create marketing materials (emails, blog & YouTube covers, banner ads, presentations, gifs, etc.)
    • Create landing pages for Setapp marketing campaigns
    • Contribute to complex advertising companies
    • Design for social networks (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
    • Continually look for ways to improve and optimize existing marketing materials
    • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align on the goals and objectives of design materials

        Skills you’ll need to bring:

        • Working experience in digital marketing or digital marketing function (advertising agency will be a huge plus)
        • Portfolio of marketing design works
        • Solid experience and love for illustrations
        • Experience in creating various types of marketing materials (banners, ebooks, infographics, guides, landing pages, etc.)
        • Diverse experience with Figma, Sketch, Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
        • Intermediate level of English
        • Understanding the principles of Human-centered design

        As a plus:

        • Experience with animation
        • Knowledge of basic marketing metrics
        • Interest in improving product marketing flow
