Product Analyst for CleanMyMac (B2B)

CleanMyMac X is looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join the team in its new adventure.

CleanMyMac is an all-in-one package to awesomize your Mac. It cleans megatons of junk and makes your computer run faster. Just like it did on day one.

The team is going to launch a huge new product stream for B2B from scratch. So it's a nice opportunity for you to participate in the development process from the very beginning.

Your first challenges are going to be:
- set up correct data collection for further optimization of advertising for corporate sales
- collaborate with the Analytic Solutions Service team to enrich leads data
- participate in the development of the admin interface together with the team (administration of devices for corporate use)
- create reports to track product metrics (team goals)

      This position is for a professional who is proactive, able to find the right applications of data, and willing to advocate decisions based on data.       In this role you will:

      • Analyze product usage data, provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve user experience and product performance

      • Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports that enable the team to make data-driven decisions
      • Launch and analyze A/B tests for new features, ideas, hypotheses
      • Analyze product metrics changes, find bottlenecks and areas of growth
      • Work with data engineers on data collection issues, maintain and update in-app analytics setup

      Skills you’ll need to bring:

      • 3+ years of experience in a product analyst role
      • Strong experience with SQL
      • Advanced level of Tableau or other BI system
      • Confident knowledge in A/B testing, hypotheses, and solutions forming, GA, GTM
      • Knowledge of main SaaS metrics / Experience of working on SaaS product
      • Intermediate level of English

      As a plus:

      • R/Python skills
      • Experience with a continuous flow of experiments, hypotheses forming, and challenges
