You will monitor and maintain the health of our product’s analytical ecosystem — from dashboards to ad tracking. You’ll be a key partner to product managers and marketers, helping to make sense of user behavior, evaluate experiments, and support strategic initiatives with data that matters.

Your mission will be ensuring the product teams always have access to reliable insights, dashboards, and reports that truly support decision-making.

Interested? Apply now and let’s create data-driven magic together💫

In this role, you will:
  • Design and configure cross-domain sales funnel tracking for a new product.
  • Analyze the sales funnel and generate hypotheses to improve its performance.
  • Investigate conversion drops, dig into segments, validate data integrity, and uncover root causes.
  • Work with internal stakeholders’ data requests — adapt existing dashboards and data models to their needs.
  • Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests on web pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Evaluate the impact of brand marketing activities on key product metrics.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • Strong critical, systemic, and analytical thinking.
  • Experience creating reports for different decision-making levels — from operational to strategic.
  • A knack for investigating root causes and spotting insights in complex data.
  • Proficiency in planning and analyzing experiments.
  • Solid understanding of statistics and probability.
  • Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and Affiliate Marketing data.
  • Solid understanding of Web Analytics & Tracking (GA/GTM).
  • Awareness of GDPR and experience adjusting analytics accordingly.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (we use Looker).

As a plus:
  • Python/R, DBT.
  • Google Tag Manager (+Server Side).
  • Unit economics.
  • Understanding of marketing metrics and Meta Ads traffic attribution models (SKAD, web2app, web2web), how these metrics impact business results.
  • Experience with mobile app marketing analytics (Firebase, AppsFlyer - setup, understanding attribution).
  • Growthbook.
