Since you’re here, you probably had CleanMyMac X subscription for a while, but now it’s on hold. Let’s find out why and how to fix it.
Case 1. Payment details are missing
Usually, the subscription to CleanMyMac X is renewed automatically at the beginning of the new subscription period. However, if you got your CleanMyMac X without adding a credit card or PayPal account, we can’t charge a fee to extend your subscription, and it expires. But, don't worry, you can resubscribe to CleanMyMac easily.
Please visit our store and go through the quick purchase process. That’s it!
Case 2. You canceled CleanMyMac X subscription
If you cancel the CleanMyMac subscription, you can continue using all of its features until the end of the current paid period. When the subscription is over, you just purchase a new one.
To find out when your subscription period ends, use the Subscription Manager (here’s some more info about it).
