    With this release, we've enhanced the experience around app status review, user invitations, and license assignment, and also fixed a few behind-the-scenes issues.

    • Bulk app status change: Admins can now update the status of multiple apps at once in the Dashboard, making it easier to review apps installed on Organization devices.
    • User invitation flow: Redesigned and improved the user invitation flow to prepare for the upcoming user import feature.
    • User invitation security: Enhanced the security of user invitations to keep their accounts safer.
    • License assignment dialog: Updated the design of the Assign Licenses dialog as part of our efforts to improve the onboarding process.
    • Error messages on rate limits: Tweaked error messages about rate limits shown during the sign-in, sign-up, and invitation flows to make them easier to read and understand.
    • App metadata display: Fixed an issue that prevented app metadata from showing correctly in the Dashboard.

      The release includes performance optimizations, user interface updates, and improvements to threat monitoring and health insights.

      • Threat monitoring: Updated the Threats tab in the Security section and on device pages in the Dashboard, allowing you to filter threats by their status. You can now view only active threats (using the Active filter) or explore the complete threat history (using the Threats History filter), which enhances data insight and analytical capabilities for you.
      • Applications section: A few improvements to the Applications section in the Dashboard, including the option to filter apps by their status, along with an updated design and refined UI texts.
      • Performance enhancements: Optimized task performance, improving request processing speed and overall system stability.
      • Health Index: Excluded Time Machine Backup from the list of key factors considered in the Health Index calculations, ensuring more accurate Mac health results.

      • Malware Threats widget: View the summary information about threats across all devices enrolled in your Organization.
      • 'Unreachable' device status: For clarity, we’ve added a tooltip in the Security section of the Dashboard to explain what the 'Unreachable' devices are in CleanMyMac Business.
      • License assignment: Now, when you try to assign more licenses to your Organization users than you have available, you'll see an appropriate error message.
      • Invitation limit: Increased the number of invitations you can send at once, so now you can invite up to 1,000 users to your Organization at a time instead of 25 as before.
      • Applications section: Introduced a few design and UI text changes to the Applications section of the Dashboard to improve your user experience.

      • Navigation: You can now scroll the sidebar menu and the main content area in the Dashboard separately, making it easier to navigate and access different sections.
      • Transactions and messaging: Improved the handling of failed transactions, ensuring they are processed properly and showing more informative messages so you can spot and resolve any issues quicker.
      • User menu: Updated the design of the dropdown user menu in the header for a better user experience.
      • App info page: App descriptions on their info pages in the Dashboard now support rich-text formatting for better readability and clarity.
      • UI texts: Reviewed and refined the UI texts across the Dashboard (including Devices, Security, Applications, Users and Licenses, device details and app info pages, and the sign-up flow) to improve clarity and readability.
      • Bugs and security: Fixed some minor bugs and security issues to improve your overall experience.

      • Terminator for Automatic App Updates – During auto-updates, apps that need to be updated can now be automatically closed and will restart after the update.
      • Terminator for Scheduled Smart Scan – You can now choose to close or skip cleaning data from currently used apps during a scheduled scan. After cleaning, the application will start running again.
      • Health Index Updates – Time Machine backups no longer affect Health Index calculations and are no longer considered a compliance issue. This change is based on user feedback, as many rely on alternative backup solutions like Dropbox or Google Drive.
      • Access Fix – Resolved an issue where users couldn’t access the app after receiving an error about an expired subscription or trial period.
      • UI Behavior Improvements – Fixed an issue where CleanMyMac Business would appear on the screen without user interaction, such as after an auto-update or UI changes.
      • Health Index Performance Boost – Improved app performance when manually recalculating the Health Index. Previously, the app could freeze for a certain period after initiating a manual recalculation.
