  • Last update

    1.10.1

      / July 14, 2025

This update includes improvements to device and app filtering, user invitation workflows, along with new restrictions in the expired plans.

    New Features

    • Past due restrictions: Once your trial or subscription expires, you'll no longer be able to invite new users to your Organization, assign or revoke device licenses, change user roles or device statuses, or create and edit automation tasks.

    Improved

    • Data filtering: When you apply filters to the Organization device or app list, to the list of devices where an app is installed, or to the list of apps installed on a device, and then reset them, they now return to their default state.
    • Device filtering: You no longer need to use only slider to set the device year range when filtering Organization devices—you can now enter the start and end years of manufacture manually in the respective boxes.
    • Inviting users: When inviting users to your Organization without assigning licenses, you now need to explicitly select “Don't assign license” instead of entering 0 in the custom license box.
  • Major version

    1.10.0

    • Device monitoring: We've added the option to filter devices by one specific year of manufacture. Filtering by Health Index and device model has also been expanded with more values for better visibility.

    Improved

    • Threat alerts: Threat alert emails now include timezone information, so you'll know more accurately when a threat was first detected or last seen on a device.

    • UI/UX: We've made a few tweaks to improve your overall experience—added new tooltips here and there for clarity, adjusted the timing of pop-up dialogs to keep you informed without being annoying, and refined placement and layout of some elements to make the interface more visually balanced.

    Additional details

                      Major version

                      1.5.0

                        / July 17, 2025

                      New Features

                      • Sign-in security: When you sign in to your account in the desktop app, you now need to enter a verification code sent to your email address—this adds an extra layer of security to protect your account.

                      • Running all tasks: When you start all automation tasks via the Run All button, the desktop app now performs them one at a time instead of all at once. If there's an Optimization Reminder task to restart your Mac, it'll run last to avoid interrupting other tasks.
                      • Completed tasks: We've improved the Completed tab in the desktop app—tasks are now grouped by day, listed in the order they were completed (latest first), and show the exact time they finished.

                      Fixed

                      • Application Updates: Fixed an issue where apps that were already up to date could be updated again unnecessarily by the Application Updates automation task.

                      • App stability: When installed, the desktop app now automatically cleans up artefacts of its older beta builds, preventing crashes and ensuring overall stability of the current app version.
                      • Device data collection: If a device appears as undefined in the Dashboard due to a data parsing issue, the app now automatically recollects the data to show correct information.

                      • Terminator behavior: Fixed a critical issue where the Smart Scan cleanup task attempted to close all apps, including the system ones. The app's terminator now avoids suggesting the closure of system processes and essential apps like Finder.
                      • Task visibility: Identified and fixed a case where the scheduled automation tasks weren't always displayed correctly in the app.
                      • Device network name: Fixed an issue related to collecting the device network name to ensure more accurate reporting.

                      Improved
