3. Sensitive Data

You shall not submit sensitive personal data (as defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679) or protected health information (as defined in HIPAA) to AI models.

4. Restricted Uses of AI Features

You may not use AI Features:

  • To develop software, AI features, or AI models that compete with our AI features or those of our AI model providers;
  • To create, train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning model; and
  • To mislead any third party into believing that any output was solely human-generated.

You may not remove, disable, or circumvent any watermark or other provenance mechanism.

5. No Circumvention

The restrictions in this Policy apply regardless of how an input is framed. You may not attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or otherwise exploit the AI models in order to bypass these restrictions, including through indirect, encoded, disguised, or otherwise misleading language or instructions. An input that is designed or likely to produce output that would violate these restrictions is itself a violation, irrespective of the words or framing used.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

To the extent permitted by law and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we and AI model providers may monitor the use of AI features, including voice features, to enforce the Terms, this Policy, and other legal requirements.

If we reasonably believe You have violated this Policy, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice where appropriate, block or remove inputs or outputs, limit or suspend your access to AI features, or terminate your access to the Services. We may also act at an AI model provider’s request.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, our products, or AI model provider requirements. The current version will be available here. Continued use of AI features after an update means you accept the updated policy.
