CleanMyMac Business offers you powerful tools to automate regular maintenance tasks across devices enrolled in your Organization, enhancing both efficiency and security.

The automated tasks include Smart Scan, Malware Scan, and Application Updates—each designed to run regularly without any or with minimal manual intervention by Users.

To configure and manage automation tasks, sign in to your Owner or Admin account in the Admin Dashboard, then go to Automation.

Here, you can manage:

  • Smart Scan: Regular scans to detect and clean system junk on Mac computers in your Organization.

  • Malware Scan: Regular scans for threats and cleanup of any detected malicious software from Mac computers in your Organization.

  • Application Updates: Regular scans to keep apps on Mac computers in your Organization up to date, improving both functionality and security.

By automating these essential tasks, you ensure consistent protection for devices in your Organization while saving time for both Users and Admins.
