Oleksandr started MacPaw in 2008 at the age of 21. While being a student, he created the first version of CleanMyMac, a utility to declutter, optimize and protect Mac devices. Since 2008, MacPaw has launched more than ten products. Every fifth Mac on the planet has at least one MacPaw app. Oleksandr also invests in promising Ukrainian IT startups and co-founded the SMRK Venture Capital Fund.
Over 10 years in marketing, he has honed his skills in data-driven strategies and strategic planning. As Chief Marketing Officer at MacPaw, Ivan excels at data-driven marketing and strategic planning.
Kateryna, with 17 years in law, specializes in international taxation, data protection, IP law, and built the MacPaw legal department from scratch.
Vira has been a part of MacPaw from day one, ascending from an engineer to a CTO. With 17 years of experience, today she oversees engineering, infrastructure development and information security. In 2022, Forbes Ukraine named her among the top 25 women in IT.
Liliya leads MacPaw’s global HR and operations strategy, driving organizational development and business effectiveness. With over 20 years of experience in HR, operations, and change management, she specializes in aligning people strategies with business goals, optimizing processes, and leading transformational projects, including M&A integrations. Under her leadership, MacPaw continues to foster a high-performance culture that supports MacPaw’s growth and success.
Yaroslav has 17 years of experience in the IT and played a pivotal role in establishing key processes at MacPaw. Today his focus lies in the strategic growth of MacPaw's product portfolio.
With 16 years of experience, Oleksandr leads an award-winning design team of more than 60 specialists.
Volodymyr leads AI innovation at MacPaw, driving advancements in Machine Learning, including Deep Learning and Generative AI. With over 11 years of experience in Data Science, he has spearheaded AI-driven products such as Birb, an AI-first product designed for the London real estate market, and LUN (ЛУН), Ukraine’s leading AI-driven real estate marketplace. In addition to his technical expertise, he brings eight years of leadership in tech recruitment and team building, shaping high-performing departments that push the boundaries of AI.
With over 15 years of experience, Sergii took part in more than 100 projects, taking different roles from software engineer to managerial positions. The main achievement at MacPaw is designing and running the Technological R&D Center.
Garrett leads MacPaw’s global PR strategy, shaping the company’s reputation and amplifying its brand and products worldwide. Bringing over a decade of experience in international communications, Garrett specializes in crafting compelling narratives and securing top-tier media coverage. Under his leadership, MacPaw’s PR team has successfully launched high-impact campaigns, reinforcing the company’s position as an industry leader.
Anna has 8 years of experience in corporate social responsibility and social impact projects. She excels in corporate social responsibility, nonprofit management, corporate volunteering, and sustainability. Thanks to Anna's effort and leadership, MacPawCares, a corporate social initiative, was launched in 2016 and has since evolved into a comprehensive CSR ecosystem, including the corporate charity - MacPaw Foundation.
With more than 10 years of administrative experience, Valeriia serves as MacPaw Space Manager at MacPaw. She excels at process planning and optimization, setting up cross-team interaction, and developing MacPaw Space as an environment for the IT community.
With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, Olga Kurylenko currently serves as Head of Brand & Communications at MacPaw. She excels in digital marketing, strategic communications and brand management.
