With more than 10 years of administrative experience, Valeriia currently holds the position of MacPaw Space Manager at MacPaw.
She advanced from Office Manager to her current role in just two years, successfully expanding the MacPaw Space team from two to nine specialists. Her skills encompass process planning and optimization, setting up cross-team interaction, community development, contractor management, and effective budgeting.
Valeriia has administrative experience in sales, jurisprudence, and sports. She also possesses entrepreneurial experience from managing her own business. Her extensive skill set includes collaborating with international contractors, forming strategic partnerships, and organizing large-scale events such as tournaments.
Valeriia holds a Master’s Degree in Geophysics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Her project management skills are further enhanced by her accomplishments in the 'Project Management' course at Beetroot Academy.
Now, as a MacPaw Space manager, Valeriia officially represents the space to different types of audiences during events, continually manages and grows her team, and focuses on community development and strategic planning.
