At MacPaw, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. You're eligible for a refund on CleanMyMac if:

  • No more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.

  • Your case doesn't match any of the non-refundable situations listed in our Refund Policy.

To request a refund, submit a ticket to our Support Team. Make sure to choose the "Request a refund" option.
