Want to take your first steps in HR and Total Rewards? 🚀
We’re looking for an HR Operations & Analytics Intern to join our team and get hands-on experience with employee programs, data analytics, and HR systems in an international environment. This is a paid part-time internship (up to 30 hours per week, 3 months with possible extension) with a flexible schedule that can be combined with studies.

In this role, you will:
  • Assist in developing employee benefits programs and support colleagues with daily HR tasks.

  • Explore modern HR systems and help with their setup.

  • Work with data: organize information, build simple reports, and practice analytics.

  • Join global and local HR projects that make a real impact on employee experience.


Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • Intermediate level of English for working with global processes and materials.

  • Solid knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, tables, pivot tables, charts).

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Ability to analyze information, spot dependencies, and draw logical conclusions.

  • Strong communication skills and a polite, customer-oriented approach.


As a plus:
  • Previous experience with HR systems or HR-related tasks.
