To keep scaling efficiently, we’re looking to strengthen our Finance team by adding a detail-oriented Accountant to support our Group reporting function.
The role will primarily focus on technical and data-related tasks — such as building and maintaining reports, performing calculations, and assisting with various reporting activities. You’ll help increase our capacity and flexibility to meet growing business needs, improve reporting efficiency, and ensure timely and accurate data handling across the team.
You’ll have the freedom to take ownership of your work, suggest improvements, and make a real impact on how we handle financial information across the company.

In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards
- Perform calculations and reconciliations for various financial metrics
- Work with large datasets — both automated and manual — ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Develop and improve automation processes for financial and operational reporting
- Visualize financial data using charts and tables to support management decisions
- Collaborate with the Finance team to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (strong formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and IFRS standards
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel efficiently
- English — Upper Intermediate or higher
- Proactive and self-driven mindset — you’re not afraid to figure things out on your own
As a plus:
- Experience with Odoo ERP (or similar systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)
- Experience in an IT product company
- Background in Big 4 or audit
