CleanMyMac is our flagship product and the strongest brand in the MacPaw ecosystem, with the highest awareness, reach, and a big marketing team. We’re now looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead and grow the CleanMyMac brand while contributing to MacPaw’s broader brand presence.
This role opens as our previous Brand Marketing Manager steps into the Head of Brand Marketing position. But you’ll still work closely, especially during the first months, and gradually take on more autonomy — owning strategy execution and leading a cross-functional brand team of 6 people.

In this role, you will:
- Create and execute the brand strategy aligned with marketing strategy by defining target audiences and analyzing their preferences, researching and forecasting industry trends, analyzing competitors' updates, etc. in order to ensure the company is reaching target audience and growing desired brand awareness, perception and reputation.
- Based on market/industry/audience research and brand goals, develop brand campaigns by planning and translating goals to different communication channels (influencers, PR, SMM, events etc.), managing and controlling their performance aimed to improve the effectiveness of brand communication, recognition and positioning.
- Develop bottom-up forecasts and budgets for brand strategy and promotional campaigns, and manage budget execution to align with brand goals.
- Design a reporting environment and structure to capture the current state of brand campaigns and their business impact, identify potential opportunities for improvement, and adapt our strategies accordingly.
- Provide timely delivery of ongoing operational analytics to relevant teams.
- Manage the team of specialists from internal marketing teams and/or external agencies/freelancers in brand campaign execution by prioritizing and assigning tasks and accepting the results of their performance.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies by organizing various products' customer behavior research and analysis aimed at gaining insights and finding opportunities to increase brand strategy effectiveness.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Strategic goal setting and planning. Proven ability to translate high-level business and marketing goals into actionable brand strategies driven by measurable goals.
- Multi-channel campaign management. Experience in designing, launching, and evaluating complex campaigns that use the powers PR, social media, influencers, and events simultaneously. Cross-channel collaboration experience is a must.
- Budget management. Experience in developing bottom-up forecasts, managing strict budgets, and assessing spend efficiency on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Data-driven decision making. High proficiency in brand analytics, understanding both behavioral and perceptual metrics. The ability not just to analyze data but to derive insights to guide brand strategies.
- Cross-functional team management. Proven experience in managing and motivating teams of diverse professionals, setting clear objectives, conducting performance reviews, and fostering professional growth.
- Branded content production supervision. Experience in creative production, with the ability to guide teams in producing high-quality, on-brand materials.
- Market research proficiency. Ability to order, interpret, and apply diverse market research (such as customer behavior and brand health measurement) to inform the brand roadmap.
- Solid understanding of science-based marketing and brand growth strategies, familiarity with CEP, JTBD, and mental and physical availability improvement practices.
As a plus:
- Strong negotiation skills for handling contracts with freelancers and agencies, ensuring quality delivery and cost control. Agency experience is a plus.
- Cases of online reputation management for digital-native brands (SaaS, B2B tech, lifestyle tech) are a major plus.
- Experience handling creative brand activations (events, short-term campaigns, PR activations) in English-speaking markets is a major plus.
- Experience managing rebrandings, brand partnerships, or brand ambassadorships with measurable results is a major plus.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Analytics 4) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) used by your internal teams.
