The CFO will assume full responsibility for all financial processes, support cross-functional workflows, and ensure compliance across international jurisdictions. The role requires strategic vision, operational expertise, and the ability to lead critical initiatives such as transitioning financial reporting standards, optimizing business models, and preparing the company for future growth opportunities

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Transition financial reporting standards from IFRS to GAAP.
  • Drive business model development and refine financial strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for board members and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with CPAs, accountants, and financial teams across European and U.S. jurisdictions.
  • Implement and manage automation systems to optimize financial processes.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls and procurement processes.
  • Manage relationships with payment systems and oversee tax compliance implementation.
  • Build and maintain connections with prominent U.S. investment banks to support financial initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX frameworks and relevant regulations.

Skills you need to bring:
  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in an international technology company.
  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. and European financial regulations, including experience transitioning financial standards (IFRS to GAAP).
  • Expertise with payment systems and taxation tools 
  • Demonstrated success in implementing financial automation systems 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive strategic insights from data.
  • Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and a collaborative, mentoring mindset.
  • Proven track record of achievements and innovations in financial leadership.
  • Hands-on leadership style with adaptability to diverse teams 
  • CPA certification or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience of working in a public companies as a plus
