Now, we’re entering a new phase of business growth and looking for an exceptional Head of Growth to build and lead this journey.

We’re establishing a brand-new Growth function at MacPaw to drive measurable business growth through scalable systems, experimentation, and innovative monetization strategies.

This role is an exciting opportunity to design and execute the company’s Growth Strategy from scratch. You will also build and lead the Growth department from the ground up, that will include a team of Growth Managers for each product, embedding them in cross-functional product teams, an Automation Team (responsible for A/B testing) and Pricing & Monetization specialists.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive company growth strategy aligned with business goals and vision.
  • Partner with Product, Revenue, and Marketing functions to shape go-to-market and monetization strategies.
  • Identify, prioritize, and quantify growth opportunities across all products and markets.
  • Establish and manage the company-wide Growth Operating Model—including hypothesis backlog, experiment design, ICE/PIE scoring, and review cadence—to ensure disciplined, data-driven experimentation.
  • Own Pricing & Monetization within defined guardrails: lead pricing experiments, maintain a unified pricing calendar, and quantify impact on ARPU, NRR, CAC, and LTV.
  • Build and standardize Growth Playbooks (e.g., onboarding, bundling, referrals, win-back campaigns) and sunset underperforming approaches.
  • Lead company-wide tracking, reporting, and communication of growth results through dashboards and executive reviews.
  • Own and evolve the Growth tech stack (experimentation, CDP, CRM, AI tools), ensuring compliance and governance.
  • Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Growth Managers and specialists.
  • Oversee budgeting, planning, and performance management for the department.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • 8+ years of experience in high-velocity consumer software or PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments.
  • At least 4 years leading a Growth, Experimentation, or Monetization team.
  • Proven record of driving impactful in-product and lifecycle experiments at scale.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation design, data analysis, subscription monetization, and lifecycle automation.
  • Hands-on experience with the growth tech stack: experimentation platforms, product analytics, CRM/CDP tools.
  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Product, Marketing, and Finance.
