We’re looking for a Head of Learning & Development to design and deliver programs that equip our people with the skills and mindset to thrive today and in the future.

In this role, you’ll shape MacPaw`s  learning strategy, lead impactful leadership and professional development programs, and champion a culture of continuous growth. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll be a key partner in our transformation journey — ensuring our people are engaged, future-ready, and empowered to make a difference.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and lead an up-to-date L&D strategy that supports MacPaw`s organizational transformation and growth and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on talent development and organizational capability.
  • Introduce innovative approaches to learning (e.g. AI/digital platforms, blended solutions, peer learning, coaching, experiential learning) and align learning initiatives with workforce capability needs, talent development, and cultural change goals.
  • Scale leadership development, onboarding, and professional skills programs that empower employees at all levels. Oversee the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of learning solutions.
  • Partner with executives, HR, and business leaders to identify skill gaps and transformation enablers and drive employee engagement in transformation initiatives through impactful learning experiences.
  • Use data insights to optimize program design and demonstrate ROI, measure program effectiveness and transformation outcomes. Benchmark against best practices to keep the L&D function future-ready.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the L&D team to deliver operational excellence. Manage external partners and vendors to enhance program delivery.
  • Foster a high-performing, innovative learning culture within the L&D function.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • 8+ years experience in L&D, Organizational Development, or Talent Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working in IT companies with 500+ employees.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning programs.
  • Strong track record in supporting organizational change and transformation through learning initiatives.
  • Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and digital learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to assessing learning outcomes and impact.

As a plus:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications (ATD, CIPD, SHRM).
