As the company continues to mature, we are transitioning from a decentralized compliance structure to a dedicated, centralized, and independent control framework.
To lead this transformation, we are looking for a Head of Compliance who will establish and oversee a unified compliance function across the company.
In this role, the Head of Compliance will manage all aspects of compliance within a single structure, serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, and promote a culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability.

- Streamline and align company policies with actual business processes, eliminating outdated or redundant practices
- Establish a comprehensive risk management framework, moving beyond business continuity to proactive analysis of business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Own and manage KYC and third-party due diligence processes, ensuring a unified and transparent approach
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Team on compliance risks, ethical issues, and regulatory developments
- Build and continuously improve a scalable compliance program integrated with governance and enterprise risk management
- Foster a culture of compliance through training, communication, and awareness across the organization.
- Serve as the main contact point for regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders
Manage a team of compliance professionals (Data Protection Specialists, IT Compliance Analysts and/or others)
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of proven experience in compliance, risk management, or related governance roles, ideally in international or regulated environments, with experience as a Compliance Manager or Head of Compliance
- Professional certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), or equivalent
- Extensive experience in governance, risk management, and compliance, preferably in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of industry practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks affecting the organization
- Strong grasp of business processes, ability to identify gaps, and propose effective solutions
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Advanced English (both written and spoken)
