We’re inviting a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy across financial processes. This role is a great fit for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with documents, keeping things structured, and making sure everything adds up. You’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to keep processes smooth and well-organized.
In this role, you will:
- Process primary accounting documents from vendors (electronic and paper): verify accuracy, collect missing documents, organize signing, register and archive them.
- Prepare and reconcile statements with counterparties following internal checklists, identify discrepancies and support their resolution.
- Support daily accounting operations in the system, including document handling and data updates.
- Maintain electronic document flow (EDO): track document statuses, ensure proper signing, and store finalized versions.
- Manage and update internal registers: contracts register, counterparties database, and tracking of primary documentation availability.
- Communicate with counterparties and internal stakeholders to request documents, follow up, and clarify details.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Basic understanding of primary accounting documentation and requirements for its accuracy.
- Experience working with accounting systems / ERP (e.g. Odoo, SAP, MASTER, Debit Plus, or similar) at a user level.
- Experience with electronic document management systems (e.g. Вчасно, СОТА, M.E.Doc, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail with a habit of double-checking your work before marking tasks as done.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and proactively flag risks or blockers.
- Problem-solving mindset: ability to handle standard cases independently and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Confident use of Google Workspace / MS Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets, and readiness to work with large datasets.
- Experience communicating with counterparties and/or internal stakeholders (emails, requests, follow-ups).
- Intermediate level of English for basic communication.
As a plus:
- Understanding of electronic document management processes.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience working with office equipment.
