We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to shape the look and feel of our marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and product managers, turning ideas into compelling visuals that drive growth. We think, feel, and act like a startup, with endless room for creativity.
Design and adapt marketing creatives for different platforms (ads, landing pages, emails, banners, presentations).
Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and PMs to generate campaign ideas and translate business goals into visuals.
Ensure consistency of brand identity while optimizing for performance and conversion.
Analyze competitors’ design approaches and propose fresh ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.
Contribute to the design community: share knowledge, exchange feedback, and support cross-team initiatives.
3+ years of experience in marketing / growth / creative design teams.
Proficiency in Figma and solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects / Premiere).
Strong grasp of typography, color, and layout principles.
Hands-on experience creating marketing assets across formats: static to video, horizontal to vertical.
Understanding of digital marketing channels and conversion-driven design (CTA hierarchy, readability, user flow).
Ability to manage deadlines, balance quality with speed, and explain design choices clearly.
Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication.
Proactive mindset, openness to feedback, and readiness to work independently.
Motion design skills (simple animations for ads).
Experience with low-code tools (Webflow, Framer) and multi-channel campaigns.
Familiarity with A/B testing and key performance metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement).
Background in B2B or SaaS marketing.
