We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager focused on performance.
You will join CleanMyPhone at a key stage of product development, where your ideas and strategies will directly impact business results. This role is for those who are not afraid of challenges, enjoy working with data, and are ready to independently generate solutions to achieve ambitious goals. The marketing team includes PPC, ASO/SEO, Copywriter, and Designers.
In this role, you will:
- Build a comprehensive go-to-market plan, including new product launches and feature updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the plans effectively
- Plan and execute the product's marketing budget by planning all marketing activities and their costs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation
- Based on market research results, craft compelling product positioning and messaging that highlight the unique value proposition
- Monitor and analyze the performance of product/marketing channels in the market, and gather customer feedback, providing insights to leadership and the product team, and suggesting strategies for improvement
- Manage the team of specialists in product marketing campaigns execution to ensure smooth team performance and goal achievement
- Conduct regular operational processes and monitor compliance with existing corporate policies, rules, and approaches
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager with Mobile SaaS products, Tier 1 markets
- Proven track record of effectively optimizing performance metrics (CPI, CPA, CAC, ROMI, etc) to meet business objectives
- Strong experience in the development of marketing strategy, value proposition, and product positioning for a product in the competitive landscape of the Mobile market
- Strong understanding of user funnel, marketing, and product metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention metrics, cohort analysis)
- Strong knowledge of the marketing channels mix for Mobile product
- Experience and accuracy in budget planning and tracking
- Experience in customer development and market research
- Strong analytical skills (ability to find cause-and-effect relationships, prioritization) and experience conducting A/B tests
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to attract new users.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Results-oriented mindset with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously look for growth opportunities
- Upper-intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian
As a plus:
- Experience working with LATAM region
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles
