At MacPaw, we craft software that makes everyday tech life simpler, cleaner, and more enjoyable. From globally loved products like CleanMyMac and Setapp to emerging cybersecurity tools like ClearVPN and Moonlock, we are building a product ecosystem that reaches millions of people worldwide.
We believe humans and technology can reach their greatest potential together. By fusing high engineering standards, thoughtful design, and practical AI, we rethink how people interact with their devices and shape the daily tech routines of the future.
Working at MacPaw means owning outcomes, not just tasks. We build for global scale from day one, giving you the trust, freedom, and room to experiment.
In our team, we challenge ideas directly, support each other genuinely, and build software that makes a meaningful difference — both in the tech world and beyond.
We’re looking for a Product Design Manager to join MacPaw and lead the product design teams behind Setapp and Eney — two products shaping the future of our ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of experienced Product Designers, ensuring that design initiatives are aligned with product priorities, user needs, and business goals. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and UX Researchers to turn product strategy into meaningful design solutions and bring greater clarity, consistency, and efficiency to how design work gets done.
This is a role for someone who combines strong product design expertise with a passion for people leadership. Someone who knows how to empower experienced designers, challenge ideas, build effective processes, and create an environment where both people and products can grow.
You'll have the opportunity to influence the user experience of two strategically important products, improve how design and product teams collaborate, and make a tangible impact on the future of MacPaw's ecosystem.
Steps may differ depending on the position, but this is our usual hiring process.
