We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the team behind Eney, a brand-new product just beginning its journey. 

Eney is a Computerbeing (or AI assistant) designed to change how Mac users interact with their devices. It helps them stay organized, automate routine tasks, and focus on what matters most.

As a Product Manager, you will own the development of Eney’s skills, which are the experiences at the heart of the product, from designing scalable processes that will help your team ship new skills daily to improving existing ones through data-driven insights and user feedback. Your goal will be to help Eney become a competitive and reliable companion for modern workflows.

In this role, you will work on:

New Eney Skills Development

  • Based on your discovery effort, lead the design and development team to create new skills internally.
  • Establish a collaboration flow with outsourced teams/skill creators to drive skill creation by external contributors.
  • Design and implement a scalable process for adding new Eney skills daily.
  • Track skill development velocity and quality.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria and QA workflows for new skills.
  • Create documentation and onboarding guides for outsourced contributors/skill creators.
  • Monitor backlog and prioritize high-impact skill ideas.
  • Identify automation opportunities in the skill creation pipeline.

Existing Skills Enhancements

  • Analyse skill performance using analytics and user feedback.
  • Create and own a prioritization framework for skill improvements.
  • Define KPIs for skill engagement and retention.
  • Continuously optimize skills for usability and accuracy.
  • Develop a system for iterative updates and improvements based on usage data.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • Proven product management experience (ideally in SaaS, AI, or automation products).
  • Background in operations/process management.
  • Experience working with outsourced teams, contractors, or third-party vendors.
  • Ability to design and manage scalable processes for high-volume output.
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining and tracking KPIs for engagement, retention, and quality.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving product improvements based on data and user feedback.

As a plus:

  • Familiarity with AI products, conversational assistants, or automation tools.
  • Previous experience building productivity-related products/features.
  • Comfortable working in high-output, fast-paced environments.
