In this role, you will:
- Contribute to organizational design and change management processes
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to provide actionable insights that improve team performance and engagement
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support retention strategies within the assigned business area
- Monitor and analyze processes, identifying gaps and initiating improvements to policies, procedures, and practices
- Support organizational change, workforce planning, and talent development within the assigned business unit
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex decisions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide data-driven recommendations
- Experience with organizational design, change management, and talent development
- Upper-intermediate English & fluent Ukrainian
As a plus:
- Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic industry
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems, such as HRIS platforms
