As MacPaw grows and evolves, we want to ensure that every Macpawian’s contribution is recognized and rewarded through a fair, transparent, and high-impact total rewards system. Big thinking deserves real recognition. We're strengthening the link between performance and rewards – so the people driving impact here feel it.
We’re looking for a Total Rewards Professional to join our Organizational Development team. In this role, you’ll be the architect of our global reward structures – from designing merit cycles and LTI programs to shaping a skills framework that supports career growth.
If you are a systems thinker who values trust and clarity and enjoys building complex frameworks from scratch, we’d love to have you on board.
In this role, you will:
Design and scale a Pay for Performance approach — an integrated system connecting goal-setting, performance evaluation (calibration, rating scales, manager enablement), and reward outcomes (salary structures, merit cycles, STI) to ensure contribution is measured consistently and compensated competitively
Manage LTI programs in partnership with Finance and Legal
Drive annual staff cost budgeting and forecasting, including salary increases, STI pools, and financial impact modeling
Maintain job architecture and grading consistency aligned with organizational design; design and evolve a skills framework that defines capability expectations by level and function, supporting scalable job architecture and informed reward decisions
Ensure HRIS data integrity across all reward components and validate pre-payroll inputs for multi-country execution
Lead dedicated reward projects — analyze business needs, research and validate solutions, implement approved action plans, and coordinate related processes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
Act as a trusted advisor and cross-functional partner to HR Business Partnership, Finance, and Legal on all rewards-related matters
Skills you’ll need to bring:
5+ years of hands-on experience in the Rewards field, with a strong focus on compensation design, pay-for-performance frameworks, job architecture, and performance management cycles;
Proven track record in researching, designing, and maintaining rewards (such as compensation, job architecture, performance, or skills) programs across international markets;
In-depth knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, compensation structures, skills, and goal frameworks;
Strong systems thinking and a solution-oriented mindset;
Tech-savvy, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HRIS systems (HiBob);
Excellent communication, presentation, and ability to partner cross-functionally;
Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels;
Highly results-driven, with strong self-organization and time management abilities;
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written)
Steps may differ depending on the position, but this is our usual hiring process.
