We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth for CleanMyPhone.
CleanMyPhone is an app (available on iPhone and iPad) powered by AI that helps trim chaotic photo clutter and clean up storage.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of building and optimizing user acquisition strategies across global markets, with a particular focus on Meta performance marketing. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the entire funnel — from setting up analytics and tracking frameworks to managing large-scale media budgets and ensuring a positive ROMI.

In this role, you will:
- Conduct audit and optimize the user acquisition funnel, prioritizing high-impact improvements
- Evaluate existing marketing reporting systems and implement enhancements to ensure real-time, actionable insights on key growth metrics
- Own Meta performance marketing end-to-end (campaign creation, briefing, performance analysis, etc.) and be fully accountable for the channel’s ROMI
- Build analytics infrastructure from scratch, set up and optimize marketing analytics tools and tracking systems, and build frameworks to calculate unit economics
- Generate ideas, launch and test hypotheses, analyze results, and define next steps to improve performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CR, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including a product manager, copywriter, marketing designers, and analysts, to deliver high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Effectively manage and optimize large media budgets across Tier 1 GEOs and other markets
- Provide regular performance reports, identify trends, and share optimization insights
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- 4+ years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing with a focus on subscription-based mobile applications, Tier 1 markets
- Successful track record of launching and managing Мета Ads campaigns for a new-to-market product in a metrics-driven environment
- Proven track record of effectively optimizing performance metrics (CPI, CPA, CAC, ROMI, etc.) to meet business objectives
- Strong understanding of user funnel, marketing and product metrics (e.g. CAC, LTV, retention metrics, cohort analysis)
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis
- Strong analytical skills (ability to find cause-and-effect relationships, prioritization) and experience conducting A/B tests
- Hands-on experience with advanced marketing analytics tools (e.g. AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
- Proven track record of effectively managing big marketing budgets
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to attract new users
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Results-oriented mindset with high level of autonomy and responsibility
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously look for growth opportunities
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken)
As a plus:
- Experience launching products from scratch and driving their growth in Meta ads
- Experience working with TikTok Ads, Google Ads and other advertising networks to scale user acquisition
- Experience working with LATAM region
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles
