One more win: CleanMyMac X received the UX Design Awards
Another trophy in our collection — CleanMyMac X was honored with the UX Design Awards in the Product category. The jury recognized our product for excellent user experience among more than 400 submissions from 50 countries. We’re so proud and can’t stop celebrating!

The UX Design Awards story in short
The UX Design Awards is a global competition with a specific focus on experience design started in 2015. It is organized by the International Design Center Berlin (IDZ), a leading German institution promoting design as a driver of innovation in business and society.
The UX Design Awards jury consists of leading design and industry experts. Among all nominees, they select the winners in each competition category. There are two categories for professionals — Product (New products or services) and Concept (Prototypes, advanced design studies and research projects), and one category for young guns — New Talent. In addition, the UX community and the public vote for a Public Choice Award.
As CleanMyMac X is widely presented on the German market and loved by so many customers, it’s important to us to be honored with this award.
Our secret sauce: What makes a unique design
We treat CleanMyMac X not as a utility but as a work of art. We care a lot about details and strive to build a product that is clear and pleasant to use. Thus, with complex algorithms under the hood, the application stays incredibly simple on the outside, allowing users to fix most system issues in just a few clicks.
CleanMyMac’s literally outstanding sidebar menu provides easy navigation through the app, and glass-like icons stand for its transparency and ease of use. Subtle parallax animations, interactive hover effects, and atmospheric sounds keep users glued to the screen and make the process of Mac optimization more fun and exciting.
CleanMyMac’s innovation also lies in continuous evolution. Guided by our users’ feedback, we roll out regular updates with great improvements and new features. To make the app more intuitive for users, we’ve recently redesigned CleanMyMac X from the ground up. And we’re extremely happy that the new design was recognized by design critics:
