Handling the "License Deactivated" Error

If you tried to apply your CleanMyMac activation number but received an error notification saying your license is deactivated, more likely this is caused by one of the following reasons:

  • Your order was refunded and canceled, that's why the activation code is now invalid.
  • We’ve noticed potential fraud activity about your order and blocked it to protect your payment.
