We’re looking for an Event Manager to lead and execute global events across MacPaw brands, with a primary focus on the US market.

In this role, you will:
  • Plan and execute global events for MacPaw brands, with a primary focus on the US market.

  • Research and evaluate conferences, trade shows, and community events based on audience, goals, and business fit.

  • Own the full event cycle: from concept, planning, and coordination to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, design, leadership, and brand teams to align event goals, activities, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate vendors, agencies, venues, event organizers, and internal stakeholders to keep all moving parts on track.

  • Manage event timelines, budgets, documentation, applications, contracts, and invoices.

  • Lead logistics around travel, shipping, booth setup, merchandise, branded materials, and storage.

  • Collaborate with creative teams on booth concepts, visual materials, merch, and engagement activities.

  • Be present at events to oversee setup, team coordination, vendor communication, and overall execution quality.

  • Lead post-event follow-ups: reporting, budget reconciliation, logistics wrap-up, team debriefs, and recommendations for improvement.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in event management.

  • Experience organizing conferences, trade shows, community events, or large-scale brand activations.

  • Strong understanding of event organization processes in the US market, including vendors, logistics, timelines, and venue specifics.

  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects and deadlines.

  • Experience managing event budgets and tracking related documentation and expenses.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to structure processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and keep projects moving efficiently.

  • High attention to detail and strong quality standards.

  • Hands-on approach and readiness to manage operational tasks independently.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for international events.

As a plus:
  • Experience organizing events in tech or startup environments.

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Airtable, etc.

  • Existing vendor network in the US.
