As our Head of Employer Brand, your primary mission will be to take these pieces and build a unified, high-impact global employer brand strategy from the ground up.

You will translate MacPaw’s core values and EVP pillars into compelling employee and candidate experiences, positioning us as a global employer of choice for Ukrainian talents while nurturing a deep sense of belonging within our team.

In this role, you will:
  • Define and lead MacPaw's global Employer Brand strategy. Own the employer value proposition (EVP), ensuring it is activated consistently across all channels.
  • Lead Internal Communications. Develop and govern the internal communications strategy; ensure employees are informed, engaged, and connected to MacPaw's mission and values through clear, human-centered messaging.
  • Own External Communications and Employer brand PR. Build and manage MacPaw's reputation as an employer of choice through media relations, thought leadership, awards, and employer brand PR, amplifying MacPaw's story to target talent audiences.
  • Lead Recognition & Engagement programs. Design and evolve company-wide recognition frameworks and engagement initiatives that reinforce a culture of appreciation and belonging.
  • Own Company Events strategy. Define the events portfolio (all-hands, team events, external job fairs, community activities) and ensure each event delivers meaningful culture and brand impact.
  • Drive Talent Attraction initiatives. Partner with Talent Acquisition to build a compelling candidate journey - from career site to job fairs to social presence - aligned with the EVP.
  • Build the Sense of Belonging. Champion inclusion and belonging through programs, rituals, and communications that make every macpawian feel seen and valued.
  • Manage the Team: onboard, mentor, manage performance, and grow the skills of your team members. Own budget planning and headcount for the function. Set operational goals and delegate work plans to directs.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in Employer Brand, Internal Comms, or HR Marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role in the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing employer brand strategies that aren`t just about perks, but about authentic, human-centered storytelling that resonates both internally and externally.
  • Hands-on experience with social media, media campaigns, and employer brand messaging.
  • Excelling at seeing the big picture, taking fragmented initiatives, and weaving them into a cohesive, impactful strategy.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media, media campaigns, and employer brand messaging.
  • Proven track record of managing and inspiring teams, balancing high empathy with operational accountability.
  • English proficiency: Advanced.
