We aim to strengthen the CleanMyMac Business team with a Junior QA Engineer, who’ll help us go on to create new, bright, and shiny features. We are seeking someone who is open to performing desktop testing, as well as web testing. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, the ability to self-manage, and good communication skills.

CleanMyMac Business is a new product of the CleanMyMac product family that will help organizations maintain their hardware and improve their security. We’re all about innovation. Our team moves fast, experiments, and is fearless in breaking things. We don’t have a ton of rules and processes, but we do have a lot of freedom to try new things. You can find out more about our culture and lifestyle here.
Please note: the product development team is working in the Ukrainian timezone (UTC+3).

In this role, you will:
  • Update existing and create new test documentation to cover the tested features or new parts of the product

Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • At least 2 years of experience in testing of web applications
  • Understanding of common web application architecture and web technologies
  • Practical experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Proficient in utilizing JIRA for efficient task tracking, test case management, and high-quality software delivery
  • Experience working with test documentation
  • Experience with API management tools (Postman) and web debugging proxy tools (Proxyman, Charles)
  • Experience with testing client-server applications

As a plus:
  • Experience with macOS/Unix systems
  • Experience with database management systems for relational and non-relational databases (RDBMS/NoSQL)
  • Practical experience with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Azure, GitHub Actions)
