We’re looking for a Senior Performance Specialist to join our Organizational Development team. In this role, you won’t just manage cycles; you’ll be the architect of our performance management system and the driver of our company-wide skills model. From automating workflows in HiBob to evolving our job architecture, you will ensure that every Macpawian has a clear path to growth and recognition.

In this role, you will:
Own the full performance review cycle: design, calendar, HiBob configuration, calibration facilitation, and post-cycle analysis, building materials, and training that make managers consistent — not just compliant.
Design and run probation reviews, back-on-track processes, and mid-year check-ins with clear frameworks and solid documentation standards across geographies.
Own the goals-setting cycle end to end — framework design, HiBob tooling, and alignment to company OKRs to help managers set goals that mean something.
Maintain and evolve our job architecture — job families, levels, and role definitions that create consistency across the org.
Design and maintain our company-wide skills taxonomy — proficiency levels, role mapping, and architecture in HiBob — ensuring it connects to L&D, mobility, and comp decisions so it actually lands with managers and employees.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
5+ years of hands-on experience in HR, L&D, or People Programs, with a strong focus on designing or evolving performance management, skills frameworks, and goals/OKR programs at company scale
In-depth knowledge of performance management methodologies, goal-setting frameworks (OKRs), and job architecture
Strong systems thinking and a solution-oriented mindset to ensure programs interconnect and scale
Tech-savvy, with experience configuring people programs in an HRIS (HiBob is a strong plus) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders;
Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels, moving from program support to strategic partnership;
Data-comfortable and results-driven, with the ability to analyze cycle outcomes, communicate findings to leadership, and manage time effectively;
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written)
