MacPaw is a software company that develops and distributes software for macOS and iOS. Today, we have 20 million active users across all our products, and every 5th Mac on Earth has our product installed.
At MacPaw, we believe humans and technology can reach their greatest potential together.
We gather open-minded people who support each other and aspire to change the world around us, making millions of people’s lives easier with technology.
Our flagship products include CleanMyMac, Setapp, ClearVPN, Moonlock, and more. Now, we’re stepping into an important new stage: launching a product ecosystem with a new AI Mac Assistant - Eney.
We are looking for a Platform Product Manager who will lead the evolution of Setapp’s vendor ecosystem, empowering external developers and software creators to distribute their products seamlessly. You will own the end-to-end journey for vendors — from optimizing onboarding timelines and build verification flows to pioneering modern developer workflows.
If you enjoy solving complex platform puzzles, making data-informed decisions in ambiguous environments, and bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution, this role is for you.
Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy for the vendor ecosystem and developer experience.
Lead the creation and evolution of modern vendor tools and web interfaces to streamline onboarding, asset distribution, and build verification flows.
Optimize the time-to-publish metric to help vendors seamlessly move through security, legal, and operational checks in days instead of weeks.
Innovate on developer workflows by exploring agentic and LLM-driven interactions alongside traditional administration tools.
Act as an internal advocate for vendors by aligning priorities across engineering, business development, marketing, legal, and security teams.
Define clear success metrics, manage cross-team deliverables, and make data-informed decisions to continuously boost vendor engagement.
4+ years of product management experience across B2C or B2B segments with a focus on platforms, SaaS infrastructure, or developer-facing tooling.
Demonstrated capability to own a product roadmap from discovery to execution without requiring ready-made specifications.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of driving initiatives across multiple engineering teams and departments.
Hands-on expertise in conducting user discovery and synthesizing complex feedback into an actionable product strategy.
Confident understanding of core technical concepts including API structures, authentication mechanisms, web applications, and build pipelines.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to defend product priorities and influence decision-making without direct authority.
Experience defining success metrics (North Star metrics), measuring product impact, and navigating complex systems in ambiguous environments.
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian.
Background in software marketplaces or partner ecosystem platforms.
Hands-on experience building platform products, developer tools, SaaS infrastructure, APIs, or internal tooling.
Proven track record of managing complex product ecosystems rather than isolated features.
Steps may differ depending on the position, but this is our usual hiring process.
