We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, who will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering various software development and operational projects within MacPaw.

In this role, you will be the "engine" that ensures high-quality execution of projects that directly contribute to MacPaw business growth and maintain our culture of innovation and excellence.

In this role, you will:
  • Drive and manage assigned projects to ensure they effectively support MacPaw`s mission and business goals.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure completion within defined limits and high-quality outcomes.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and relevant managers.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans to support project goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication across all project activities. Address potential conflicts.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation and contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders and relevant leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing concerns, providing status updates, and managing expectations.
  • Manage project changes in scope, timelines, and resources by assessing impact, obtaining approval, and communicating accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timelines for new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Process documentation and improvement proposal based on industry best practices, focusing on PDLC, SDLC, and the RACI matrix.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in a software development or IT/operations environment.
  • Experience working with Engineering, Product, Design, and/or Operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong project planning, prioritization, and coordination skills.
  • Practical experience with PDLC/SDLC frameworks and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Experience with risk management, change management, and status reporting using OKR/KPIs.
  • Ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and RACI matrices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal).
  • Solid conflict‑resolution, negotiation, and expectation management capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze project data, derive insights, and make data‑informed decisions.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through.
