We are looking for a specialist who is interested in creating and leading our business risk management programs. This includes monitoring high-risk areas across the business, providing insights and feedback to the company`s leaders, and driving forward improvements. You will work alongside key stakeholders (CEO, COO) and all MacPaw Leaders to ensure they understand their responsibilities and have all they need to mitigate risks.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement an overall risk management process for MacPaw, including methodology for risk identification, evaluation, prioritization, and monitoring.
- Based on the company's risk assessment results and business trends, suggest potential action plans to ensure stakeholders understand the risks' threats and their own accountability for risk reduction and mitigation.
- Monitor the implementation progress of approved risk programs aimed to minimize and control the probability or impact when risks occur.
- Prepare risk reports tailored to the relevant audience.
- Coordinate MacPaw`s key business processes, evaluating their effectiveness, developing and redesigning when needed to ensure the company's business success and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders (internal/external) to develop and implement standards, processes, programs, and best practices related to risk management. Provide expert advising and validation of risk programs.
- Conduct policy and compliance audits, including liaising with internal and external services/auditors to ensure all company operations comply with regulations and laws.
- Keep informed of relevant research on the external business environment to ensure the company's readiness to deal with changes.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
- Proven expertise in risk management and business continuity.
- Experience in building risk management processes.
- Experience in digitizing business processes, conducting process audits, and identifying key ones that need attention.
- Knowledge of business process digitalization tools.
- Experience in building a roadmap and coordinating process restructuring.
- English proficiency.
