We’re looking for an experienced Tax Specialist to take ownership of key international tax and reporting areas within our Finance team. In this role, you’ll help shape our global tax framework, manage cross-border complexities, and turn structured financial data into clear insights that support decision-making at scale.

In this role, you will:
Contribute to MacPaw's Global Tax Policy by supporting compliance processes and helping maintain a sound worldwide tax position.
Monitor tax risks across transactions, operational changes, and cross-border activities, and work with the team to address them in a structured way.
Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors across the Group on key tax matters to ensure accurate and timely outcomes.
Maintain Transfer Pricing documentation in line with global standards.
Prepare Controlled Foreign Company (CFC) reports and other international tax documentation for Group entities.
Support financial statement preparation and audits by preparing tax disclosures and reviewing Group financial reports from a tax perspective.
Maintain dashboards that translate tax and financial data into clear visuals to support decision-making.
Prepare ad hoc analytical reports by pulling data from multiple sources and surfacing key insights.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
3+ years of experience in Taxation and International Accounting, ideally within a product or tech company.
Working knowledge of international taxation across multiple jurisdictions (US, UA, CY, UK are preffered).
Familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting requirements.
Comfort working with financial data and an eye for patterns, risks, and discrepancies.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including building reports and structured models.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks at once.
Good English communication skills (B2+) for working with internal teams and external partners.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
As a plus:
ACCA, CPA, or relevant tax certifications (completed or in progress).
Experience working in Big4 or other leading advisory firms.
Hands-on experience with Transfer Pricing documentation, Group Tax policies, and CFC reporting.
Experience reviewing prior periods and managing open tax years in cooperation with external consultants.
