A one-time CleanMyMac X plan has no expiration date. So, you can use the app as long as it’s compatible with your Mac or your macOS version. Moreover, once you cancel your CleanMyMac X subscription, you can still use it till the end of the period you’ve paid for — and then shift to a one-time plan.
