Our Group Product Manager will have a major impact launching a new big and revolutionary MacPaw product by developing and implementing the product vision and strategy according to strategic goals and objectives.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop the product vision and communicate it to the team and stakeholders, ensuring all product management activities align with the company's vision and market opportunities. Drive the creation and execution of comprehensive product strategies.

  • Oversee the development and management of the Product, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to product growth, innovation, and lifecycle management. Ensure product strategies effectively address customer needs and competitive challenges.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the product management team and other departments, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support. Ensure alignment and collaboration across functions to achieve product and business goals.

  • Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to inform strategic decisions and product positioning. Ensure the product management team is responsive to market changes and competitive pressures.

  • Be responsible for developing the Product budget by forecasting costs and revenue, monitoring the approved budget, and keeping it up to date.

  • Be responsible for the overall product development strategy communication and delivery by finalizing, prioritizing, and setting long-term and/or medium-term goals for each product stream, aligning them with MacPaw strategic objectives.

  • Lead stakeholder management efforts by identifying key stakeholders across the organization and in the market. Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into product development processes to align product outcomes with business and customer expectations.

  • Conduct regular operational processes for the team: hiring, development review, time-off approval, training, promotion, dismissal, etc. If necessary, implement new corporate policies, rules, and approaches in the day-to-day performance of the Product Managers within a business unit.


Skills you’ll need to bring:
  • Proven experience launching AI-powered products. 

  • Proven experience working with international markets.

  • Data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with machine learning, neural networks, AI models. Applied use of AI tools.
  • Systems approach and systems thinking.

  • Ability to embrace changes and adapt quickly to them.

  • Upper-Intermediate+ English.
