Invite members to Organization

As the Owner or an Admin, you can invite as many members as needed to your Organization. "Inviting" doesn't mean "paying for": in CleanMyMac Business, you only pay for the number of device licenses available to your Organization based on your plan.

To invite members to your Organization:

  1. In the Admin Dashboard, go to Users and Licenses.

  2. On the upper right, click Invite Member.

    The Invite Members dialog opens.

  3. In the open dialog:

    • Enter the email addresses of those you want to invite as members of your Organization.

    • Choose a role to assign to the invitees upon joining.

    • Optionally, assign device licenses to the invitees. Specify the number of licenses to allocate to each member.

    Click Invite to send the invitations.

Each invitee receives an email with instructions on how to join your Organization.
