View and manage members

As the Owner or an Admin, you can view and manage members in your Organization, as well as explore details for each individual member.

To view all members in your Organization, sign in to your Owner or Admin account in the Admin Dashboard, then go to Users and Licenses.

Here, you can:

  • View the total number of members in your Organization, the number of used device licenses, and the number of available (unused) device licenses

  • See members' email addresses, names, statuses, assigned and used device licenses, and roles.

    Note

    A member can have either Active or Pending status. Active means the member received and accepted the invitation to join your Organization, and registered their account. Pending means the member received the invitation to their email address, but hasn't accepted it and hasn't registered their account yet.

  • Search for members by email addresses and names

  • Sort members by their email addresses and names

  • Invite new members to your Organization

  • Assign device licenses to members

  • Change members' roles

  • Remove members from your Organization

To explore details and manage an Organization member, click the respective member entry.

Here, you can:

  • View the member's email address, name, date they joined your Organization, their account ID, role, status, and the number of device licenses assigned to them (both used and unused)

  • Assign additional device licenses

  • Change the member's role

  • Remove devices to free up available licenses and transfer them to another member's devices

  • Revoke device licenses

  • Remove the member from your Organization
