The Menu shows the battery isn't charging
(Updated: )If CleanMyMac Menu shows that your battery isn't charging while macOS indicates that everything is normal, this may be because the Mac isn't actively charging the battery at the moment. For example, if you've just connected your Mac to power, charging may start shortly.
Also, Optimized Battery Charging may temporarily delay charging based on your usual charging routine. In this case, macOS may still consider the battery and power connection to be working normally.
If macOS shows that your Mac is connected to power and there are no charging issues, no action is usually required.
