Battery health isn't calculated

Occasionally, the Health monitor in the CleanMyMac Menu may not display a specific percentage, instead stating that battery health can't be calculated. This occurs when CleanMyMac can't connect to the battery driver software to retrieve the necessary diagnostic data.

If you experience other battery-related issues, such as rapid discharge or overheating, we recommend visiting an Apple-authorized service center. It's possible that your battery is faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced.

If your battery seems to be functioning properly but the health value is still unavailable, try restarting your Mac. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team.
