Activate with a redeem code

MacPaw issues redeem codes as an alternative way to get our products. You may receive a redeem code from one of our reselling partners as part of a special offer or purchase. After purchasing, the reseller provides you a redeem code, such as RSMR-0A1B-2CD3-E4FG, that you can use to start your CleanMy®Phone plan.

To redeem your code and activate your CleanMy®Phone plan, follow these steps:

1. Go to the redeem code page.

2. Enter your redeem code, then click Next.

   

3. Sign in to your MacPaw Account if you already have one, or create a new account.

   Your redeem code is applied and your CleanMy®Phone plan is activated.

   

4. Click Go To Account, then click Activate.

   

   A dialog with a QR code appears.

5. Scan the QR code using your iPhone or iPad to get CleanMy®Phone from the App Store.

   

   Tip

   If the QR code expires, click Reload QR below it and scan again.

6. After installing CleanMy®Phone, return to your MacPaw Account page and click Next Step in the open dialog.

   A new QR code appears.

7. Scan the new QR code using your device where CleanMy®Phone is installed to activate the app.

   

   Tip

   If the QR code expires, click Reload QR below it and scan again.

That's it. CleanMy®Phone is now activated and ready to use.
