CleanMy® PC is discontinued
(Updated: )Starting from April 22, 2025, MacPaw stopped developing and maintaining CleanMy® PC.
A few years ago, we made a strategic decision to focus solely on creating products and services for the Apple ecosystem. CleanMy® PC didn't fit into this vision, so we stopped its active development.
Now, we're officially announcing the sunset of CleanMy® PC—it's no longer sold, updated, fixed, or supported.
This decision allows us to focus our efforts on developing new products and improving the existing ones, such as CleanMyMac, CleanMy®Phone, Setapp, and others. By concentrating on these, we can be more efficient and provide greater value to our customers.
The sunset of CleanMy® PC brings the following changes and implications:
- Development: We no longer add new features to CleanMy® PC, release compatibility patches or security updates, improve its functionality, fix bugs, and so on. 
- Purchase: CleanMy® PC is no longer available for purchase. However, any licenses purchased before the sunset date remain effective indefinitely. To check the type and status of your license, use our online License Manager. 
- Download: You can still download and install the last available version of CleanMy® PC. 
- Usage: Only those who purchased a CleanMy® PC license before the sunset date can activate and use all its features. To reset or retrieve your license, use License Manager. 
- Stability: By the sunset date, CleanMy® PC supported Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11. However, we can't guarantee its stability or compatibility with these or any future Windows versions. 
- Support: As part of our decision to discontinue CleanMy® PC, our Support Team shifted focus to other MacPaw products. Hence, consider customer support for CleanMy® PC to be very limited. - For general questions, refer to the Knowledge Base. 
- To reset, retrieve, or check the status of your license, use License Manager.
