Cancel subscription
(Updated: )You can cancel your CleanMyMac subscription at any time. After canceling, your app remains fully functional until the end of the current billing period, but the subscription won't renew automatically.
For the MacPaw Store users
Follow these steps if you purchased CleanMyMac from the MacPaw Store:
Sign in to your MacPaw Account.
Choose CleanMyMac.
Click the arrow below the CleanMyMac logo, then choose Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
In 2–3 minutes, your subscription status will show as Inactive. If it still appears as Active, try refreshing the page.
For the App Store users
Follow these steps if you purchased CleanMyMac from the App Store:
Open the App Store app.
Click your name in the lower-left corner, then click Account Settings.
Scroll to the Manage section, then click Manage next to Subscriptions.
Find and click the CleanMyMac subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

After cancellation
Once canceled, your subscription is marked as Canceled in your online accounts, and you'll receive an email confirmation from either MacPaw or the App Store. If you don't see the email, check your Spam folder.
Once canceled, your subscription won't renew, and no further charges will be made to your payment card. However, you can continue using all CleanMyMac features until the end of the current paid period, which you can view in your account.
After the end of your paid period, most features in CleanMyMac will lock until you reactivate your subscription. You can always resubscribe at the MacPaw Store or the App Store. Just choose a plan that suits you – we'll be happy to welcome you back!
