Check device health and summary info

(Updated: )

CleanMyMac Business lets Owners and Admins monitor the health and review the summary information of each Mac enrolled in your Organization. For this:

  1. Sign in to your account in the Admin Dashboard, then go to Devices.

The list of all devices in your Organization opens.

  2. Find the device you're interested in:

    • To quickly check the device health score, look at the Health column.

    • To review detailed health info, click the device entry.

      The device page opens.

  3. On the Overview tab, you'll see several widgets with details:

    • Mac Health Score: This widget displays the history of the Mac health score for the past week. Hover over a point on the chart to view the score details for that day.

    • Identified Issues: This widget provides a summary of detected issues and their criticality levels for the device health (that is, Critical, Warning, or Low Importance). It includes issues related to storage, CPU, battery, protection, malware, the CleanMyMac Business desktop app updates and Full Disk Access, and device communication with the Admin Dashboard.

    • Storage: This widget shows the total disk space, used space, storage categories, and the amount of space used by each category. Hover over a chart section for detailed information about each storage category.

    • Cleanup Summary: This widget summarizes the cleanup activities, including the total amount of data cleaned this year, average size cleaned, last cleanup size, and the size of each category cleaned. Hover over a chart section for more details on the cleanup categories.

By reviewing these widgets, you can monitor the device health and take necessary action if any issues are detected.
