Learn about free trial

(Updated: )

When you sign up for CleanMyMac Business, you automatically start a free 14-day trial to explore all product features and benefits. This gives you time to decide whether CleanMyMac Business suits your needs. You don't need to provide any payment details to start your trial.

During the trial, you have a few limitations:

  • You can send up to 30 invitations to people you want to join your Organization.

  • You can assign up to 30 device licenses to users in your Organization.

If you try to add more licenses, you'll be prompted to enter your payment details and start your subscription—this will end trial period.

To check your trial status, sign in to your Owner account and go to the Billing section.

In the Billing section, you can:

  • Check trial details—start and end dates, total available device licenses (30), and number of assigned device licenses.

  • Start subscription—If you enjoy CleanMyMac Business and you'd like to start your paid subscription before the trial ends, click Add License in the upper-right corner, enter the number of licenses you need, provide payment details, and complete the purchase. This ends the trial immediately.

  • Cancel your trial—If you decide to stop using CleanMyMac Business during the trial period, click Cancel Trial. Your request will be sent to our team, and we'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm and complete the cancellation.

Before your trial ends, you'll receive several notifications by email and in the Dashboard.

Once the trial expires, your subscription becomes inactive, and most CleanMyMac Business features are locked for all users in the Organization, including the Owner and Admins.

To continue using CleanMyMac Business, you must add payment details and purchase device licenses. (We recommend doing this before your trial ends to avoid service interruptions.) You can do this by clicking Add Payment Details in the notification banner at the top, or by clicking Add License in the Billing section.
