(Updated: )The desktop app lets you enroll your Mac in your CleanMyMac Business Organization, allowing continuous data transfer about the device state, installed apps, and other crucial details. This ensures Admins can monitor your and other members' device health, threats, and software environment efficiently within your Organization.
Sign in to your CleanMyMac Business account.
The Admin Dashboard opens.
On the upper right, click the profile picture and choose Get Desktop App.
Wait for the app disk image file to download.
Double-click the downloaded file and drag the CleanMyMac Business icon to your Applications folder.
Open CleanMyMac Business and sign in to your account.
Additionally, whether you're an Owner, Admin, or User, you can download the desktop app directly from your account Settings page.
Great! Now your device is enrolled in your CleanMyMac Business Organization. Owner and Admins can view and monitor your device in the Admin Dashboard.
