(Updated: )The desktop app lets you enroll your Mac in your CleanMyMac Business Organization, allowing continuous data transfer about the device state, installed apps, and other crucial details. This ensures Admins can monitor health, threats, and software environment efficiently on your and other members' devices within your Organization.
Before proceeding, make sure your Mac is running one of the supported macOS versions.
For Admins, these steps assume you've received an email invitation to join your Organization, accepted it, and created your CleanMyMac Business account. If not, please check your email for the invitation and follow the instructions provided.
Sign in to your CleanMyMac Business account.
The Admin Dashboard opens.
On the upper right, click the profile picture and choose Get Desktop App.
Wait for the app disk image file to download.
Double-click the downloaded file and drag the CleanMyMac Business icon to your Applications folder.
Open CleanMyMac Business and sign in to your account.
Additionally, whether you're an Owner, Admin, or Member, you can download the desktop app directly from your account Settings page.
Great! Now your device is enrolled in your CleanMyMac Business Organization. Owner and Admins can view and monitor your device in the Admin Dashboard.
